¡Buenos tardes!

Sé que hace mucho que no publico nada por lo que, lo primero que haré será disculparme con todos vosotros.

Casi sin darme cuenta, me tomé un paréntesis para pensar en algunas cosas que llegaron a mi vida y frente a las que necesitaba poner todo en una balanza.

Desde hace años he querido ir a Alemania, al menos, pasar un tiempo allí y ahora se me presentó la oportunidad por partida doble. Podía irme como Au pair con una familia que parecía hecha a medida o embarcarme en una experiencia más grande e irme a trabajar allí por tres años.

Dadas mis dudas, tardé en decidirme a escribirle a la familia y para cuando lo fui a hacer, la familia ya no estaba y yo volvía a encontrarme sin saber qué hacer. Ahora vuelvo a plantearme el irme por tres años y… no pinta nada mal.

¿Qué me aconsejáis? ¿Me voy durante tres años o encuentro una nueva familia de Au pair?

En fin, ante mi ausencia tan prolongada, he querido compartir con vosotros mis motivos, pero ahora el blog debe continuar y aquí estaré, ya sea desde España o Alemania.

Hoy os traigo algo que a mí, personalmente, me gusta mucho. Se trata de la oportunidad que nos ofrece H&M cada año para hacernos con alguna prenda de grandes firmas y ya van 10 años.

Una vez al año, la firma sueca trae hasta sus tiendas de todo el mundo una colección capsula con prendas creadas por grandes diseñadores de renombre.

Entendamos por colección capsula, aquella colección que llega a las tiendas durante una temporada y que se diferencia por algún aspecto en concreto, en este caso, por ser prendas de grandes diseñadores y que, de normal, suelen ser pequeñas colecciones.

A lo largo de estos años, varios han sido los diseñadores que han colaborado con H&M, de los cuales conoceréis a más de uno. Seguro.

En esta ocasión, para dicha colaboración, H&M nos acerca los diseños de Balmain con una amplia gama de prendas presentadas el pasado 20 de octubre en Nueva York.

A la fiesta asistieron grandes personajes y modelos del momento como Alessandra Ambrosio o la musa para esta colección, Kendall Jenner. El broche de oro a la noche la puso la actuación en directo de una de las boy bands más famosa de todos los tiempos, los Backstreet boys, actuación tras la cual, los asistentes podían comenzar a comprar la colección allí mismo.

Sin duda, debe de ser todo un acontecimiento algo así para la gente que le apasiona la moda. A mí me habría encantado estar allí, por la presentación y por la actuación de los BSB.

Seamos sinceros ¿quién no tuvo en su habitación algún poster de ellos o soñó con ser la chica de la serie española “A las 11 en casa”?

Yo aún recuerdo cuando vinieron en concierto a Valencia en abril del 98 y todos los alrededores de la plaza de toros se colapsaron por las fans.

I know that I haven't posted anything for some time so the first thing I'm going to do is apologize with you.

On this occasion, for this collaboration, H & M brings us Balmain designs with a wide range of garments presented on 20 October in New York.

The party was attended by great personalities and top models like Alessandra Ambrosio or the muse for this collection, Kendall Jenner. The finale to the night was the live performance of one of the most famous boy bands of all time, the Backstreet Boys, performance after which attendees could start to buy clothes of the collection.

It's a fascinating event for people passionate about fashion.

I would have loved to be there and see the presentation and the performance of the BSB.

Let's be sincere who didn't have on the wall of his/her room a poster of them or dreamed of being the girl of the Spanish tv show "At 11 at home"?

I still remember when they came in concert to Valencia in April 98 and all around the bullring was blocked by the fans.

¡Buenos días!

Bueno, como podéis ver en las fotos de hoy es de noche por lo que, he decidido contaros un pequeño secreto que solo algunos de vosotros conocéis.

Hace poco que he comenzado con todo este mundo del blog, a pesar de que ya haga tiempo que lo tenía en mente y por eso, tampoco tengo un equipazo a mis espaldas dispuesto a hacerme las fotos cada día.

Todo esto hace que sea necesario realizar las fotos de más de un outfit cada vez que puedo quedar con mi fotógrafo y ahora que se acerca el invierno si anochece antes, nos pilla la noche en medio de la sesión.

Veremos cómo hago cuando empiece el frio…

Pero bueno, centrándonos en lo interesante.

Hoy he decidido enseñaros una de las prendas más de moda actualmente como son los monos.

Se trata de un mono color verde militar, muy de moda también este verano, con una lazada a la cintura y botones en dorado.

Para completar mi look, decidí ponerme unas sandalias de tiras marrones.

Muchas veces, menos es más y por ello, decidí que la atención recayera en mis manos, con las pulseras y el anillo en dorado y verde.

Well, as you can see in the photos, it's night so I decided to tell you a little secret that only some of you know.

Recently I've started with the blog, although it already does time that I had it in mind and therefore I don't have a great team behind me willing to take me the photos every day.

All this makes necessary to take photos of more than one outfit each time that I meet with my photographer and now that winter is coming and it gets dark before, the night catch us in the middle of the session.

We'll see how I do when the cold comes...

Anyway, today I have decided to show you one of the most fashionable garments this summer, the jumpsuit.

It is a green jumpsuit with a bow at the waist and gold buttons.

To complete my look, I decided to wear brown sandals with strips.

Sometimes, less is more and for this reason I decided to focus the interest on my hands, only with my bracelets and ring in gold and green.

He estado pensando qué podría compartir con vosotros y creo que esto puede ayudar a muchos.

Hace ya algunos años escuché, en la televisión, a un hombre entendido en remedios naturales. En aquella ocasión compartió una receta para combatir la temida celulitis y a mi me pareció un juego así que, lo probé.

Se trata de un masaje muy simple y que todos podemos hacer en casa sin gran esfuerzo.

Únicamente debes coger el hueso de tres aguacates y meterlos dentro de una media vieja que ya no vayas a usar. Con esos tres huesos, frota de forma circular, primero en un sentido y después en el otro, durante unos 10 minutos.

Recuerda que los huesos se secarán y ya no servirán por lo que, no olvides tener aguacates en casa siempre que quieras hacer este sencillo masaje.

La verdad es que yo lo probé cuando era pequeña y hasta ahora, funciona.

I have been thinking about the things I can share with you and this may help many people.

A few years ago now, I used to watch a specialist about natural remedies on TV. One day he shared a recipe against cellulite and I thought it was like a game, so I tried it.

It is a very easy massage we all can make at home.

You simply take three avocado stones and wrap them into a pair of old stocking you are not going to use anymore. Next you use the stones to rub the area of your choice in circle motions, first in one direction and then the opposite direction, for about 10 minutes.

Bear in mind the bones will get dry and you will not be able to use them again, so it is better to have avocados home whenever you want to do this.

En mi última entrada os comenté sobre las nuevas tendencias para la próxima temporada, pero como aún hace calor, seguimos llevando colores pastel y zapatos abiertos.

Esos son dos de los elementos que aparecen en el outfit que he decidido mostraros hoy.

En esta ocasión decidí arriesgar con algo que no suelo hacer, las transparencias.

Se trata de una blusa de color rosa palo con cuello caja en el que hay bordadas unas pequeñas flores, al igual que en los tirantes.

En cuanto al pantalón, se trata de un pantalón cigarette tobillero en negro.

Se trata de un outfit muy sencillo al que he decidido poner unos complementos que llamaran la atención.

El bolso es un clutch, es decir, un bolso de mano. Como muchos bolsos este verano, está hecho de rafia en beige, marrón claro y lila, formando en el centro un lazo.

Dado que los colores predominantes eran los pasteles, decidí romper esa armonía con un collar en verde que hiciera destacar todo el conjunto.

Por último, los zapatos en esta ocasión son unos stiletto en negro. Son esos zapatos de tacón alto y fino, independientemente de cómo es la puntera del zapato.

In my last post I told you about the new trends for next season, but as still the weather is warm, we keep wearing open shoes and pastel colors.

Those are two of the items that appear on the outfit I've decided to show you today.

This time I decided to risk with something that I usually don't wear, the transparencies.

It is a pink blouse with box neck in which there is a small flowers embroidered, like on the braces.

As for the trousers, it is an ankle-length skinny pant in black.

This is a very simple outfit so I decided to wear a few accessories to attract attention.

The bag is a clutch. As many bags this summer, is made of raffia in beige, light brown and lilac, forming a bow in the center.

As the predominant tones were pastel colors, I decided to break that harmony with a flashy necklace in green.

Finally, this time shoes are a stiletto in black. These shoes have a tall and thin heel, regardless of how the toe of the shoes.

En esta ocasión, la entrada de hoy es un poco diferente.

Estamos llegando al final de septiembre y con ello, llega el frio y la nueva temporada. Es por esto que he pensado que este sería un buen momento para echar un vistazo a lo que marcará este invierno.

Al comenzar cada nueva temporada, haré una recopilación de las tendencias que se llevarán para tratar de ayudaros un poco a la hora de ir de compras.

Muchas veces entramos en las tiendas sin tener muy claro qué es lo que se lleva o qué comprar. Dudamos entre colores, tipos de faldas, vestidos…

Pues bien, hoy veremos qué nos tiene preparada la moda y las tiendas de ropa para la temporada de invierno.

En primer lugar, lo que más nos llamará la atención al entrar en las tiendas son los colores.

De la noche a la mañana, las tiendas han pasado de los típicos tonos pastel o llamativos del verano a los tonos más oscuros, típicos del frio invierno.

Muchas os habréis dado cuenta ya de los colores que más predominan, pero para las que aún no habéis tenido tiempo de pasaros por las tiendas, os diré que los colores de moda que van a llenar vuestros armarios para el invierno son el famoso burdeos, el gris chándal, el mostaza y marrón teja.

Como bien sabéis, el burdeos es ese tono granate tan bonito, como una copa de vino tinto.

A mí, personalmente, me encanta y seguro que compraré alguna que otra prenda en ese color.

En cuanto al gris chándal o al mostaza, no creo que necesiten mucha presentación. Todas hemos tenido algún chándal en color gris, bien pues, ahora está de moda.

¡Tranquilas! No quieren que salgamos a la calle con el chándal que llevamos al gimnasio, pero sí que le demos uso a este color en otras prendas.

Vistos los colores que predominarán en nuestra ropa, creo que es hora de ver cómo serán las prendas estrella de la temporada.

Las camisas van a volver con las lazadas al cuello que ya comenzamos a ver el año pasado, pero este año con más fuerza, mientras que las faldas irán abotonadas de arriba abajo.

En cuanto a los pantalones, todos habéis podido ver que los pantalones más anchos están ganando terreno a los pitillo, los cuales parece que después de años de reinado, van a desaparecer por un tiempo.

Para los primeros días de frio, vuelve una prenda estrella como es la gabardina, pero también las parkas, algunas de ellas combinando tejidos para crear el efecto piel en sus mangas.

Esta combinación de texturas es algo que ya vimos el año pasado y que se mantiene para este, aunque un poco menos.

Hablando de telas, no podemos olvidarnos del que más de moda se ha puesto en los últimos años. Comenzó siendo parte de las camisas, volviendo a ponerse de moda la típica cazadora vaquera y ahora hasta las webs, de las tiendas más conocidas, han tenido que crear un apartado especial para este tipo de tela. El conocido como denim o tela vaquera de siempre, ahora está presente en camisas, vestidos, chaquetas…

Así que ya sabéis, no olvidéis haceros con alguna gabardina en burdeos y un estupendo vestido denim.

Pero toda la moda no termina en la ropa. Los complementos cada día cobran mayor protagonismo en nuestros outfits diarios y sin duda, el que se ha ganado un puesto de honor es el sombrero. Si aún no tenéis uno en vuestro armario, no dudéis en hacerlo.

Yo adoro los complementos y creo que me será imposible comprar solo uno.

Y llegamos a los zapatos. He de reconocer que yo adoro los bolsos y zapatos, de hecho no sé los que tengo pero sé que tengo más de uno sin estrenar.

Esta temporada, los zapatos llegan con una característica muy definida y es su tacón. Las tiendas se están llenando, cada día más, de zapatos con tacón cuadrado, de diferentes alturas pero claramente cuadrado.

Many times we go into stores without having very clear what is fashion or what to buy. We hesitate between colors, types of skirts, dresses...

But fashion does not end in clothes. Accessories every day become more prominence in our daily outfits and without doubt, hat has earned a place of honor. If you don't have one yet, don't hesitate to go to buy one.

I love supplements and I think it will be impossible for me buy just one.

And finally shoes. I must admit that I love bags and shoes, in fact I don't know how many of them I have but I know that I have more than one unused.

This season, the shoes come with a very definite feature and it is your heel. The stores are filled, increasingly, with square heel shoes of different heights but clearly square.

And now, with all this information, you can go out and buy the new trends of the season and you will be the most stylish.

Hoy cumple su primer mes este blog y al igual que hace un mes, aquí estoy compartiendo con vosotros un poquito de mí.

En esta ocasión os traigo un outfit muy diferente a lo que suelo llevar pero, como dije al comenzar, este blog es una nueva aventura y quiero quitar todas aquellas barreras que yo sola me puse.

Me decidí por un pantalón blanco, color que solemos llevar mucho en verano y una camisa roja que deja bastante al aire los hombros.

En cuanto a los complementos, decidí acompañar este outfit con una pulsera y pendientes plateados.

Por su parte, el reloj combina el plateado y el rojo de la correa.

Las sandalias son con tacón de aguja y atadas al tobillo en color negro. Este verano han sido un tipo de sandalias muy de moda así que, es posible que las hayáis visto por la calle.

Today this blog celebrates its first month and like a month ago, here I am sharing with you a little about me.

This time I bring a very different outfit to what I usually wear but as I said at the beginning, this blog is a new adventure and I want to remove all barriers that I imposed myself.

I opted for white trousers, a color we usually wear in summer and a red shirt.

As for accessories, I decided to complete this outfit with a silver bracelet and earrings. For its part, the watch combines silver and red belt.

Sandals have stiletto heel and they are tied around ankle in black color. This summer have been a very fashionable sandals so, it is possible that you have seen them on the street.

Hoy he decidido compartir con vosotros uno de los mayores tesoros que he descubierto este último año.

Muchos sois los que, cada invierno, veis mis manos y me decís que me ponga cremas pero, por más que use cremas hidratantes, el frío daña mucho la piel de mis manos, pero por fin he encontrado la solución. Se trata de la salvia de un árbol, aplicándola en forma de crema.

La sangre de Drago, como se le conoce, es la salvia de color rojo que se extrae del Drago, de ahí su nombre.

Para no entrar en un montón de nombres científicos para sus múltiples propiedades, únicamente os diré que esta crema es pura magia.

Entre sus propiedades se ha demostrado que están la de ser cicatrizante, antiinflamatoria o desinfectante, así como antioxidante. Estudios han comprobado que es un gran reconstituyente de los tejidos de nuestra piel por lo que son capaces de regenerarse veinte veces más rápido de lo normal.

Pese a usarla como crema hidratante para mis manos, muchos son los usos que esta salvia tiene y podéis encontrarla tanto en formato crema como en otros para poder consumir, pero siempre consultando a un experto.

Dado su alto efecto rejuvenecedor, antibacteriano, desinfectante, protector y potenciador de colágeno y antioxidante, entre otros, son muchos los usos dentro del mundo de la belleza y ya hay algunas famosas que empiezan a emplear la salvia de Drago dentro de sus rutinas de belleza. Sin ir más lejos, a la hora de buscar información para redactar esta entrada, encontré que Lady Gaga ha comenzado a hacer uso de este producto.
